TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
1. To claim a discount, please visit our Website and enter your online authentification code. If you would prefer to claim by post, please return your winning scratchcard to: Tap Teachers, 12 Brookfield, Duncan Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6WL along with a compliments slip stating your name, position, school and telephone number. A Tap Teachers consultant will then be in touch shortly to confirm your discount on your next booking.
2. Any discounts off a teacher’s daily rate won as part of this promotion will be deducted from the figure on the invoice to schools.
3. Discounts on a teachers daily rate can only be claimed against your next booking with Tap Teachers. They cannot be claimed against previous bookings.
4. Tap Teachers reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Tap Teachers to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Multiple discounts permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one discount on one booking permitted per scratch card awarded; and (b) each discount must be claimed separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
7. Promotion commences 31/10/08 and closes 31/12/09.
8. Tap Teachers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Any costs in excess of the value of any vouchers (if applicable) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize is the responsibility of the winner. Tap Teachers shall not be liable for a voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of all vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions specified on the voucher.
10. Discounts on the daily rate of a teacher are subject to the availability of a teacher to work at any given school on any given day. Due to the availability of teachers, it may not be possible to ‘cash in’ a winning discount card on a particular day desired. In this circumstance Tap Teachers reserves the right to implement the discount on a day when teachers are available for the discount to come in to affect.
11. Discounts, including any unclaimed, are not transferable or exchangeable.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any factor beyond the reasonable control of Tap Teachers, Tap Teachers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
