Tap Teachers Ltd is a specialist teacher recruitment company that is presently servicing schools across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Leicester.
Tap Teachers has an established reputation in the above area and requires high calibre individuals to help further develop this success.
Responsibilities
Train up new team members in:
Front office procedures
Business development
Selling the company’s services
Sourcing and registering teachers
Accompanying team members on client visits
Responsible for the team’s client base:
Allocating schools to team members
Monitoring consultant’s success rate
Ensuring team has regular contact with schools and providing feedback
Reallocating schools if required
In charge of the team performance against targets:
Gross profit
Days sold
Number of clients
Ensure the all team members work within the company’s quality procedures
Report back on team performance to the directors
To remain updated with the latest news on Local and National education matters.
To liaise with Marketing Coordinator on sales strategies including reporting on school visits.
Train team members with developments in operations and functionality of technology.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Educated to at least A’ level standard.
Must be at least GCSE grade C standard in Mathematics and English Language.
Must be experienced in a customer-facing role.
Must be very presentable and articulate.
Essential Experience
Proven background as a successful recruiter
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, regulations and policies
Proven business development experience
Experience of selling within a structure environment
Desirable Experience
Previous team leadership/man-management experience
Experience of education recruitment
